2. Requirements for Recruiters
To start cooperation with Merissa Company, recruiters or agencies must provide the following information:

- Summary of professional experience, including countries of operation, seminars, webinars, training, or similar activities
- Candidate sourcing method
- Estimated time needed to source suitable candidates
- Candidate screening and evaluation process
- Candidate list in Excel format, including:
- Name
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Marital status
- Children, if applicable
- Skills and work experience
All submitted information must be accurate, clear, and verifiable. Merissa Company may request additional documents, explanations, or proof before starting cooperation.
Merissa Company reserves the right to reject cooperation if the recruiter, agency, or candidate sourcing method does not meet our internal compliance and safety standards.
3. Individual Candidates
Merissa Company may accept individual candidates only when direct communication, interview, and evaluation are possible.
Individual candidates must be able to provide accurate personal information, work experience, documents, and clear answers during the evaluation process.
Merissa Company does not accept candidates submitted through unclear, indirect, or suspicious channels.
4. Candidate Screening and Evaluation
Before a candidate is accepted for further processing, Merissa Company may review:

- Availability and readiness for employment

5. Employer and Job Verification Standards

All candidates and partners are responsible for providing true and accurate information. False information, fake documents, or misleading statements may lead to rejection, cancellation of cooperation, or legal consequences.
9. Right to Refuse or Stop Cooperation
Merissa Company reserves the right to refuse or stop cooperation with any recruiter, agency, partner, or candidate if there are concerns related to:

- Fake documents
