6. Payment Confirmation

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.

Refund Amount: A full refund will be issued minus 10% of the original payment, which covers payment processing and service charges.
- After 12 Hours: No cancellation or refund is possible.
- All costs related to refund transfers (e.g., bank or gateway fees) are borne by the recipient.

8. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your payment or wish to raise a dispute, contact our customer service within 7 days of the transaction.
We may request supporting documentation to resolve the issue effectively.

9. Taxes and Additional Charges
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed do not include taxes, customs duties, or other applicable fees.
The buyer is solely responsible for any additional costs imposed by local or international authorities.
