All official decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Armenian authorities and employers.

Merissa TR is strictly prohibited from processing or transferring such workers to any third country.
Furthermore, Merissa TR strictly prohibits and does not provide any service involving the obtaining of residence permits or legal stay for the sole or primary purpose of facilitating, influencing, or applying for a Schengen visa or any third-country visa.

Tourist Visa Warning

Working in Armenia on a tourist visa is illegal and may result in:

• Fines and penalties for both employee and employer
• Legal actions against the involved parties
• Deportation

Important: Converting a tourist visa to a work permit and residence permit is extremely difficult and often impossible.

The possession of a social number does not grant the right to work.
Merissa does not facilitate or participate in employment via tourist visas. Our assistance is available only for work visas and work permits. We strongly recommend that candidates do not work on a tourist visa to avoid legal problems.
